The MFS CMS°……
units are designed for end users who require a dispensing system which will provide accurate and repeatable control of mixed resin from a prepacked cartridge.
The unit is PLC controlled and is fully programmable, providing the versatility for setting and selecting preset shot volumes, dispense speeds and automatic sequence repeats. The PLC control is configured as standard for communication with all types of Robots, XY tables, Rotary tables, conveyors and other ancillary systems.
Other features include a cartridge location sensor, cartridge prime sequence, mixer prime sequence, anti gel mixer alert, auto purge (selectable), cartridge empty shut down with operator alert and push button ‘home’ to prepare for cartridge replacement.
Optional equipment available:
For non robotic applications the machine can be mounted onto a multi position support arm providing the operator with ease of movement and a 360° adjustment for nozzle location.Features MFS CMS°
